• What are your shipping options?

  Right now we only do delivery in nationwide only(Benin Republic) any state or commune here, we will get the products to you either by TAXI, BUS, Bike Delivery.

  Your location will determine which options is best suitable for your delivery.

  If you wish to receive your products or goods in another country across, kindly reach out to us.

• What is the delivery fee?
  The delivery fee is determined by your location or destination of where the products or goods will be delivered.After we received your order and payment confirmation, our delivery team, dispatchers will call you to discuss and agreed term of the delivery fee with you.
• When will i receive my order?

  When to receive your orders depends on different factors, eg:

  a) your delivery address, location.

  b) when the delivery dispatchers left. normally we process orders for delivery immediately your order and payment is confirmed.

  c) Non working hours, holidays can impact deliveries, we will keep you informed about any changes regarding your delivery. 

• What is the return policy & term?

  Return and Exchange Policy (for DIY-Do it Yourself)
  * 72hrs warranty for defective battery products.
  * Notify us immediately within 24hrs days if you have purchased a defective product along with your receipt.
  * When you return a product, you will pay for the shipping cost of return.
  * Products to return won't be accepted after 72hrs from the date of purchase.
  * In order to avoid return disputes, please connect the battery cable for testing after receiving the battery without removing the seal.
  * Make sure to double check the exact model before buying, we will not be responsible if you bought a different model for your device.
  * Every product is guaranteed 100% brand new
  * Product is check for any defects like swollen cells or body, flex torn and quality inspected before preparing for delivery.
  * Product is well packed
  It is recommended that you be very careful during installation, preferably operated by experienced technicians.
