72 hours Return Policy

We offer a 72hrs return policy, starting from the date of order delivery.

If you wish to return any products or items, please contact our customer care within your period of return time for more details of your product issue, we will then look into the possible suggestions or instruction on how to return if needed.

LCDS SCREEN

We recommend testing screens for compatibilty, functionality before applying any adhesive glue, removing any paper or nylon stickers in the front or back and finally before installing it into the frame.

Lcd Screens must not be tempered with, glued, alcohol odour or soldered in any way.

If you apply glue on the lcd screen, or remove the front or back nylon, stickers, this simply means that you have tested the (LCD) screens or parts for compatibility, functionality and you are well satisfied, therefore you are responsible for your actions or if any rising issues after installing.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ONCE THE SCREEN IS INSTALLED IN THE FRAME.

We reserve the right to reject returns on screens or any spare parts that show evidence of glue, soldered, factory stickers removed or tear out, front or back nylon removed.

Returning products, ensure to securely pack the item, including all original packaging seals and accessories if any.

Kindly label the return item with the order number of purchase and your name.

We will inspects and check the returned products to be sure it meets our return terms and policy criteria.

If the product is found to meet all our conditions, we will process the refund or exchange according to your choice and demand.

ALL RETURNS SENDING, SHIPPING COST TO US ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER, EXCEPT IN CASE WHERE THE RETURN IS DUE TO AN ERROR ON OUR PART. 

Eg: incorrect or wrong model, wrong product type was delivered, received items is different from your order details.

BATTERY

Battery Return Policy.

Return and Exchange Policy.

* 48hrs warranty for batteries.

* In order to avoid return disputes, please connect the battery cable for testing after receiving the battery without removing the seal.

* Make sure to double check the exact model before buying, we will not be responsible if you bought a different model for your device.

* Every product is guaranteed 100% brand new.

* Product is check for any defects like swollen cells or body, flex cable tear and quality inspected before preparing for delivery.

* Product is well packed

It is recommended that you be very careful during installation, preferably operated by experienced technicians.

* Notify us immediately within 48hrs if you have purchased a defective product along with your receipt.

* When you return a product, you will pay for the shipping cost of return.

* Battery Products to return won't be accepted after 48hrs from the date of delivery.

✘ If you cut or tear the battery flex cable.

* In order to avoid return disputes, please connect the connector cable for testing of compatibility, functionality after receiving the item without removing any nylon or soldering any part of the item and applying glue to it..

* Make sure to double check the exact model before buying, we will not be responsible if you bought a different model for your device.

LAPTOPS AND MOBILE PHONES.

Return and Exchange Policy.

* 2 weeks warranty for Laptops and Mobile phones

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and defects in shape found by our technical services, or within your warranty period, Any other difficulties or problems that have occurred. Either due to mishandling, or due to an electric shock, or due to software or other incompatibility would not be covered by this warranty and any related intervention will be invoiced or fixed for free depending on the issue. 

 Materials returned to their status within two (02) weeks  from the invoice date benefit from a standard exchange within the limits of available stocks. NB: any equipment with code labels, serial numbers, stickers that are removed or torn does not benefit from any guarantee. 

Plus we declines all responsibility if one of the products sold is not found in the conditions of this international warranty offered by the manufacturer or our supplier.

The warranty does not cover the keyboard, screen and battery. Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects. 

The cancellation of a purchase is not possible at ETS Joe Communication, i.e. we can no longer return the money after purchase. You must make an exchange with another product that is available in stock.

By placing order, paying for any orders, you agree and sign this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and confirmed that I am not a minor by Laws 18yrs below but a major 18yrs and above.

Please note that all terms and conditions, return policy, warranty policy is subjects to change if needed. 

And the terms will effects at the time period of your purchase will apply.
