Shipments

We only ship and send goods nationwide only (BENIN REPUBLIC) BJ.

Contact us if you wish to receive your product or goods ACROSS COUNTRY,  we will check the available options of sending your product to you.

We have our standby bike dispatchers ready to deliver your products and goods once your order and payments is confirmed.

Your products and packages are prepared and dispatch immediately after we receive your order and confirm your payments.

We can only prepare your goods and delivers it During working hours only, if your order was placed during non working hours, special holidays or Sundays, it will be processed and dispatched the following working days/hours. 

Shipment Cost

Shipment costs are not included in product prices. You are in charge to pay for the transport or delivery of any products.

Our delivery team will contact you after your order is confirmed to discuss the delivery price and time with you, once terms is confirmed, your order will be processed for delivery accordingly as instructed. 

If you wish to make reservation or adjustment for the delivery period or time, please call customer care service line with your order number or invoice number.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and transport , delivery fees will apply to each of them.

But you can call us or add note to your orders before we dispatch your order to merge your items into one package or box for delivery.

Your products, items is inspected and checked in our shops properly and handled with special care to protect fragile objects. Boxes are sized and your items are well-protected before we dispatch them.

If you order for a single or few products , once you receive your package, goods, please inspect the products immediately in front of our delivery dispatcher riders, if you notices any broken, cracked, scratched surfaces, please report to us immediately for clarification and confirmation 

If you are a wholesaler, reseller, retailers.  who orders bulk quantity, please open and inspect your goods, check the quantities and items, models if its as you ordered.

Your identity ID card or any proof of identity, order receipt, invoice receipt or number is required before your package will be giving to you and your signature is mandatory for confirmation of goods received.

DELIVERY METHOD

BY BIKE

We have our standby bike dispatcher ready to delivery your good to you depending on your location, if the KM is too long, we will register your package to be transferred to a Taxi park or Bus Station going to your location.

BY TAXI

Our bikers will take your goods to the nearest taxi park according to your location and register it with the next moving or ready to move taxi.

We will collect the taxi driver phone number, Car plate number or full photograph of driver if needed for References. 

The driver phone number will be transferred to you for follow up, to know when he will arrive at your destination for you to pickup your goods from him.

Please follow up the driver constantly so that he will not pass your assigned stop or location.

Please check that the seal is not broken or opened when you received the package, if possible you should open and inspect the package immediately if the seal is already broken or opened.

BY BUS

This is for those that travels many hours KM or less than 24hrs journey, your goods or item will be taken by our bikers to nearest bus stations and process the registration of your goods with your name and location, NB some bus company requires payment before accepting or registering any goods, which means you will need to transfer the money to us so that the registration can be processed and completed . 

After the registration is completed, a receipt will be sent to you, which will be required by the bus company station in your location to pickup your package.

Please collect your goods immediately it arrives your location from the bus driver or bus registry station, so that it wont be mis handled carelessly .
