  2. BEFORE YOU PLACE ORDER, KINDLY CHECK IF YOUR DEVICE DOES NOT HAVE ANY HARDWARE,(DISPLAY PROBLEMS) SOFTWARE RELATED ISSUES THAT CAN PREVENT THE PARTS FROM NOT FUNCTIONING OR WORKING WELL AS SUPPOSED.
  3. IF YOU NOTICED ANY HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE RELATED PROBLEM, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ORDER YET, KINDLY REPAIR AND FIX THE ISSUE FIRST BEFORE ORDERING FOR SPARE PARTS
  4. It is recommended that you be very careful during installation, preferably operated by experienced technicians.
  5. We recommend testing screens, charging port for compatibility, functionality before applying any adhesive glue, removing any paper or nylon stickers in the front or back and finally before installing it into the frame.
  6. Please do test separately without installing in the frame first, which means mobile phone apart (motherboard with LCD or screen), if the display is okay and it shows and response well, you can connect other cable connectors for charge connector etc, when test finished. If test OKAY, please install it.
  7. And please do not force it to be installed in mobile phone. 

  8. We will not be responsible once the screen is installed. 

  9. Do not over-bend lcd cable 
Please make sure the LCD cable is straight, Do not over-bend. 
  10. Bending Over 90 degrees will cause black display.
  11. If you apply glue on the lcd screen, or remove the front or back nylon, stickers, this simply means that you have tested the (LCD) screens or parts for compatibility, functionality and you are well satisfied, therefore you are responsible for your actions or if any rising issues after installing.

    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ONCE THE SCREEN IS INSTALLED IN THE FRAME.

  12. After you place order for any spare, repair parts, ensure your device is already dismantle or open so that you can test the item for compatibility and functionality as soon as the delivery arrives.

  13. Ensure to sign the receipts to confirm you have received goods in good condition and also tested the product to be working well before installing it.
